Who we are
Michael’s journey into yoga began as a search for balance and after years of weightlifting built my physical strength, He felt called to explore practices that could also support my spirit. Yoga opened the door, and what began with movement soon led me into deeper realms of meditation, mindfulness, and vibrational healing.
Music has been woven into my life for as long as he can remember, ever since he was a child picking up different instruments, guided by curiosity. Growing up, he played drums, guitar, and piano.
When he stepped into the world of sound baths and vibrational healing, it didn’t feel like a discovery but a remembering of something instinctive and intuitive. Sound became less about structure and more about connection, a language that spoke directly to my soul.
Today, he shares these practices as both a 200- hour yoga instructor and 200-hour sound bath meditation guide; creating space for others to reconnect with their breath, their bodies, and their own inner resonance.
Rooted in a deep love for anatomy, energetic flow, and the mind-body connection, He is passionate about guiding others through practices that gently awaken presence, restore balance, and invite a moment of serenity within.

Brielle’s journey into yoga began as a quiet search for purpose, one that unfolded into a lifelong exploration of movement. With roots in martial arts she found in yoga a language where strength, softness and energy could coexist.
At the heart of her practice is the art of breath. Living with a lung condition awakened a deeper awareness of herself. Through Pranayama, she discovered a thread connecting the physical body to the energetic layers of experience.
Brielle is also fascinated by the architecture of the body while remaining curious about the invisible currents moving through it. Breath, fascia, sensation, vibration, are not separate to her, but different expressions of the same intricate system.
Today, Brielle shares these practices as a 500-hour registered yoga teacher, weaving breath-work, mindful movement, and energetic awareness into her teaching. Her approach carries a vibrant quality while leaving space for stillness, inviting others to reconnect and listen for the subtle resonance within. Her work also bridges the worlds of wellness and healthcare. Drawing from her experience in both spaces, she has presented as a keynote speaker at hospital symposiums, sharing the intersection of breath, movement, mindfulness, and well-being with fellow healthcare professionals.
Her creative expression extends beyond the mat through photography and poetry which offers another way of practicing presence: adjusting the lens, shifting perspective, and allowing something new to come into focus. That same sense of presence has become a shared expression with her husband, Michael, whose journey through sound and vibrational healing has become an integral part of their work together. From their individual practices emerged Rhythm & Restore, a workshop they cultivated together, weaving restorative movement, meditation, and sound into an experience that invites the body to soften, the mind to quiet, and something deeper to be heard within.
